If you're anything like me, life rarely slows down. Between errands, appointments, laundry, and late-night prayers whispered through tired lips, it's easy to get caught up in doing and forget to pause and reflect on how God is moving in our lives.

That’s exactly why I created the Weekly Planner & Spiritual Reflection Journal—a space to slow down, get organized, and most importantly, reconnect with the One who gives it all meaning.

The Heart Behind the Journal

I wanted something that blended the practical and the spiritual. A tool that not only helped me track my week but also encouraged me to track the movement of God in my heart. I needed a place where I could lay down my burdens, write down His blessings, and see how He was faithfully walking with me—day by day, week by week.

This planner is for the real, imperfect, in-progress kind of woman—the one who loves Jesus but also forgets what day it is sometimes. The one who starts the week strong and ends it just hanging on by grace. The one who longs to go deeper with God but doesn’t always know where to start. Sis, this is for you.

What You’ll Find Inside:

Each week is a fresh start—with plenty of space for both planning and prayer:

Weekly Planner (Monday–Sunday)

Track your appointments, to-dos, kids’ activities, work meetings—whatever fills your days. Each day has its own space, so you can stay organized without feeling overwhelmed.

Weekly Overview Section

Step back and look at the bigger picture. What matters most this week? Where do you need to show up fully? What might God be asking you to focus on?

Reflection Prompts

These four prompts help you dig deeper into your spiritual life each week:

  • Gratitude & Blessings: What am I thankful for? Where did I see God's goodness this week?

  • Challenges & Growth: What tested me, stretched me, or refined me? How might God be using it for my growth?

  • How God Showed Up for Me: What moments reminded me that I am not alone?

  • Scripture & Application: What verse spoke to me this week, and how can I live it out?

You’ll be amazed at how much clarity and peace can come just from writing these things down. It shifts your focus from “What went wrong?” to “Where was God in this?”

Sunday Service Notes

A special place to jot down takeaways from the sermon, worship, or even small whispers from the Holy Spirit. This section becomes a beautiful record of what God is teaching you week after week.

Who It’s For:

  • Women craving a deeper connection with God but unsure where to start

  • Mamas, students, dreamers, and doers who need a balance of productivity + peace

  • Anyone who wants to make quiet time a weekly rhythm, not a rare occurrence

  • Christians who love journaling but need a bit of structure to stay consistent

Why It Matters

God isn’t just present in the big, breakthrough moments. He’s in the grocery runs, the quiet prayers, the late-night tears, and the slow, steady growth. This planner is an invitation to meet Him there. To notice Him. To celebrate Him. And to hear His voice in your real, beautiful, chaotic life.

Start Where You Are. Come As You Are.

There’s no wrong way to use this journal. You can write in it every day or once a week. Scribble in the margins. Leave a week blank and pick it back up again. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. About showing up and saying, “Lord, I’m here. I want to grow.”

If you're ready to be more intentional with your time and your faith, this journal is your new best friend.

Grab your copy, print it out, tuck it in your Bible bag, and watch how God shows up in the details of your every day.

Let’s Reflect Together

If you use the planner, I’d love to hear how it’s impacting your walk. Tag me, message me, or join my Bible Babes group where we share what we’re learning and how God is working. There’s nothing more powerful than women growing in faith—together.

With love and grace,

Katy 🤍
